Download this root certificate: https://www.digicert.com/testroot/DigiCertHighAssuranceEVRootCA.crt

The most likely solution is here [[SSL_certificate_for_moodle.org]].


And put it in your moodle data directory with this name:  moodledata/moodleorgca.crt
