How compile pdo_dblib?

Hello,

I try compile freetds with PHP 5.3.3 && VC6. php_dblib.dll compiled successfully, but I need php_pdo_dblib.dll

I couldn't compile php_pdo_dblib because sybdb.lib is missing. How I can get sybdb.lib?
