Sitewide reports or Logs can be accessed by Site administration > Reports or in a contextual menu such as a Backup log. Sitewide reports include:
- Comments report - shows every comment made in the comment block
- Backups - when and which reports
- Config changes - shows configuration changes listing date, user, plugin, setting, new value and original value
- Course overview - Statistics needs to be enable to see course activity.
- Logs - reports of use, including error logs like login.
- Live logs - limits showing activity to the last hour in a popup window.
- Question instances - will show where a question type is used.
- Security overview - a check list of security checks, which are rated (OK, Warning, Critical).
- Spam cleaner - allows search for keywords in profiles to help identify spammers.
