Site-wide reports

Sitewide reports or Logs can be accessed by Site administration > Reports or in a contextual menu such as a Backup log. Sitewide reports include:

  • Comments report - shows every comment made in the comment block
  • Backups - when and which reports
  • Config changes - shows configuration changes listing date, user, plugin, setting, new value and original value
  • Course overview - Statistics needs to be enable to see course activity.
  • Logs - reports of use, including error logs like login.
  • Live logs - limits showing activity to the last hour in a popup window.
  • Question instances - will show where a question type is used.
  • Security overview - a check list of security checks, which are rated (OK, Warning, Critical).
  • Spam cleaner - allows search for keywords in profiles to help identify spammers.
  • Statistics - must be enabled, will give you the micro or macro view of your site. See for example
