AJAX and Javascript settings

From MoodleDocs
The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.

Admins can choose to enable/disable AJAX across the whole site and also AJAX course editing in Settings > Site administration > Appearance > AJAX and Javascript.

It is recommended that AJAX is enabled, since it is required for an increasing number of features in Moodle, such as quick forum rating.
