Run the following commandline at the top level of your CVS sandbox:

cvs diff -kkv -r MOODLE_19_MERGED -r MOODLE_19_STABLE | egrep '^(RCS|[<>] <\?[Pp][Hh][Pp] *\/\/ *\$Id)' > unmergedfiles.txt; cat unmergedfiles.txt
