Usage
As the title suggests, this is a module used to take progress reviews, usage is by the following steps:
Add Parent review to front page
Ronseal- fill in the configuration that you will want in the majority of the individual review reviews as it will save time later
Distribute to courses
Use the distribute tool.
Class teachers complete reviews
Using what is called the view page, although in the right circumstances it allows editing
Personal tutors complete reviews
Using what is called the view page, although in the right circumstances it allows editing
Reviews automatically close on pre-determined date
Ronseal- once closed they can no longer be edited (but can be re-opened by a manager by moving the close date into the future)
Reviews can be viewed
By using the view page, the completed reviews can (suprisingly) be viewed. There is also the usertab.php file included for use with a modification I've made to add an extra profile tab.
Removing unwanted reviews
As explained by an alert box, when a review is deleted from a course in the usual way only the links to that review are removed; the review data itself is retained in the database. To completely remove a review the restore/delete page must be used by a manager.
