Wrong links to moved user pages

Hi Michael,

Many thanks for all your efforts on updating Moodle Docs. You moved some subpages of my user page. Unfortunately the automatic re-linking doesn't take the user namespace into account, e.g.

https://docs.moodle.org/20/en/User:Frank_Ralf/NanoGong/1.9

links to (non existing)

https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Frank_Ralf/NanoGong/1.9

instead of

https://docs.moodle.org/dev/User:Frank_Ralf/NanoGong/1.9
