Teacher forum

is in the Course administration block.

It is a private forum only available to teachers of that course. For example, it can be used to discuss the course content, the direction the course could take or even to attach files to that can be shared only among the course teachers.

Entries are made like any other forum.

Note: This feature was removed on the introduction of Roles in Moodle 1.7. No equivalent feature exists although an ordinary forum can simply be hidden to produce a similar result.
