It should probably state something explicit like "Moodle achieves the conformace label 'LMS-RTE-3' as defined in the ADL SCORM® Version 1.2 Conformance Matrix".

Is moodle applying for certification for 1.2? (Piers re-ran the Scorm 1.2 tests on Moodle 1.9.3 today and it passed all tests - keep an eye on the scorm forum for details about certification - It's coming soon! --Dan Marsden 21:15, 29 October 2008 (CDT))
