: Hi Mary, AFAIS there's no link yet, see [[Special:WhatLinksHere/Site_administration]]. The available links on the main page for site administration look rather haphazard to me. They seem to be derived from [[Template:Managing a Moodle site items]] which also is used for the menu block on every admin documentation page, e.g. [[Managing a Moodle site]]. So you could add <nowiki>[[Site administration]]</nowiki> to that template. --[[User:Frank Ralf|Frank Ralf]] 23:43, 15 August 2011 (WST)

I don't think this is new any more and unlike higher priced CMSs our documentation is constantly and instantly being improved (thus it is always under construction).  I think we need to change the words. I can only ramble in my attempts.  Helen usually comes up with something compact and friendly.

Or do you plan to start over for 2.1?

Link to "Site administration"?

Re Site administration - stupid question I know but... how do you get to https://docs.moodle.org/20/en/Site_administration from this Main Page? --Mary Cooch 17:49, 13 August 2011 (WST)

Hi Mary, AFAIS there's no link yet, see Special:WhatLinksHere/Site_administration. The available links on the main page for site administration look rather haphazard to me. They seem to be derived from Template:Managing a Moodle site items which also is used for the menu block on every admin documentation page, e.g. Managing a Moodle site. So you could add [[Site administration]] to that template. --Frank Ralf 23:43, 15 August 2011 (WST)

It is no longer new, but always under construction

I don't think this is new any more and unlike higher priced CMSs our documentation is constantly and instantly being improved (thus it is always under construction). I think we need to change the words. I can only ramble in my attempts. Helen usually comes up with something compact and friendly.
