I had previously set up this documentation on a different page ( admin/repository/flickr_public&redirect=no ), which is the page that Moodle 2 directs you too when you click on the "moodle docs about this page" link when configuring a Flickr Public Repository.
I have now set up a redirect from that page to here and copied the content I had there on to this page.
