Talk:Course creator role

Under "Creating a course" I am frustrated by the statement, "The "Add a new course" button may be found at the bottom of the page listing all courses."

I am frustrated by this first of all because I have created several users and assigned them with the Course Creator role at the level of course categories. When I log in as these users and view courses within the categories, there is no such link. Secondly, I am annoyed by "may be found" which implies "may not be found." Could we have a little more precision here? Thanks.
