Simple "how to" and extra information

This is a really comprehensive page about audio but it doesn't actually explain how to embed audio in Moodle - I would like to add this in a similar way to the Video page but I am afraid this page will become horrendously long. Is there a way to retain this useful technical audio editing information yet still have a simple page showing newbies how to display their mp3 files?
