This is interesting, the instructions here say to put code into the themes meta.php file, but there does not appear to be a meta.php file in Moodle 2.0. Anywhere. So is there an alternative? I do not understand enough of the file structure to make definite choices here...

:: This filter will need to call $PAGE->requires->js() to get the relevant JavaScript included. If it needs CSS, just put that in a styles.css files in the filter plugin folder, and it will automatically be included.

This filter will need to call $PAGE->requires->js() to get the relevant JavaScript included. If it needs CSS, just put that in a styles.css files in the filter plugin folder, and it will automatically be included.
