Site wide reports or [[Logs]] can be accessed by ''Site administration > Reports''  or in a contextual menu such as a Backup log.
Sitewide reports or [[Logs]] can be accessed by ''Site administration > Reports''  or in a contextual menu such as a Backup log. Sitewide reports include:
*Comments report - shows every comment made in the [[Comments|comment block]]
*[[Backups]] - when and which reports
*Config changes - shows configuration changes listing date, user, plugin, setting, new value and original value
*Course overview - Statistics needs to be enable to see course activity.
*[[Logs]] - reports of use, including error logs like login.
*[[Live logs]] - limits showing activity to the last hour in a popup window.
*Question instances - will show where a question type is used.
*Security overview - a check list of security  checks, which are rated (OK, Warning, Critical).
*Spam cleaner - allows search for keywords in profiles to help identify spammers.
*Statistics - must be enabled,  will give you the micro or macro view of your site. See for example
