Sorry for asking all the dumb questions (as I feel my way around the docs!) but shouldn't this page relate to 2.0 themes and not 2.1 themes because 2.1 will have their own page and different settings? --[[User: Mary Cooch|Mary_Cooch]] | Sorry for asking all the dumb questions (as I feel my way around the docs!) but shouldn't this page relate to 2.0 themes and not 2.1 themes because 2.1 will have their own page and different settings? --[[User: Mary Cooch|Mary_Cooch]]
:You're right Mary, this page should describe themes in Moodle 2.0. Until we have a 2.1 wiki though, how about we also include 2.1 documentation together with the 2.1 template <code><nowiki>{{Moodle 2.1}}</nowiki></code>. Hopefully Colin or someone else can help us out with a list of themes in 2.0 and any new themes in 2.1. --[[User:Helen Foster|Helen Foster]] 23:16, 8 August 2011 (WST)

Intro change getting ready for 2.0
Want to change intro. "Theme" is MoodleSpeak for a new user. Why are people here? To find site admin settings, to change the look of their Moodle site, course, page etc. Or they are lost. I suggest (bold indicates needed links):
A Moodle theme is a defined set of fonts, colors and layouts that a user sees with their web browser. Moodle comes with a standard set of installed themes. There is a large free library available to view and download.
A different installed theme can be selected by the site administrator, teacher, or student for different Contexts. Site administrators can create or customize an existing theme and make it available on their site.
