Using Moodle 2, I could not find the ''Assign roles'' link in course administration block, neither was there any ''Roles'' tab in the user profile page. Using Moodle 2, I could not find the Assign roles link in course administration block, neither was there any Roles tab in the user profile page. (See the Locations for assigning roles paragraph).
