Talk:Standard course formats

From MoodleDocs

Suggested improvements Aug 2011

This page is for teachers and demonstrates examples (use) of course formats.

  • However, be sure to let teachers know what site administration settings might impact the way a course looks. The purpose is not to list the technical details of the site administration settings but to provide some common ground between teachers and site administrators in the doucmentation, that can lead either via links to the details.
  • This page is part of the standard minimum 4 page template set for teacher centered pages: Overview, Settings, Uses, FAQs--Chris collman 19:25, 25 August 2011 (WST)
  • Should we link to the Course formats pages (yet to be created???) - See Course_formats --Teresa Gibbison 10:58, 8 September 2011 (WST)
Hmm, I don't think we need Standard course formats as well as Course formats AND pages for SCORM, Social, Weekly and Topics formats! Perhaps Tomaz created 'Standard course formats' without realising 'Course formats' already existed. How about moving all the useful info and great screenshots from 'Standard course formats' to 'Course formats' and then have 'Standard course formats' redirect to 'Course formats'? --Helen Foster 23:31, 12 September 2011 (WST)
