I'm not sure this is possible in Moodle 1.9, however I'd like to add content to the Topics in the centre of Moodle but display a html file I've uploaded to the files area.  I can of course link to it, but I would like to display the content up front under a topic.  Is this possible?

New window settings help to it's own page?
