Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your documentation contribution :-) However, this page is actually intended for documentation about the update timezones admin page Administration > Location > Update timezones, rather than about how to edit a user's timezone. As there doesn't seem to be much that can be written about the update timezones admin page, I've just added a paragraph to Location and I suggest that Update timezones is deleted. You are more familiar with Moodle than I am (I'm just learning it now), so I will go with your opinion.
