:Hi Yaser. Sorry for responding so late - didn't see your post. I edited it a little bit so it's more noticable. To the point: no that is not possible. Moodle is all about collaboration and about community based work. Farsi is an existing language pack. We don't throw away the credits of people who have worked on a project. I suggest you contact them and see whether they are still working on the project. If so you can collaborate, if not, you can continue on your own. Their credits will remain as ''original translators'' --[[User:koen roggemans|koen roggemans]] 08:46, 3 October 2007 (CDT)

==CVS==
I think it is useful to have an overview on everyone who has CVS access to the language pack. That way, people who make a contribution (eg translating some help-files) know who to send them to for inclusion in the language pack.
It's an ongoing process to get and keep the list up to date. Plese send your comments to translation@moodle.org --[[User:koen roggemans|koen roggemans]] 09:00, 3 October 2007 (CDT)

Page creator comments

Hm, created the page by choosing a good URL - Now I'm not happy wiht the title. Bad move :-( I desperatly need a Documentation Steward to help me out ;-)

Should this page be locked?

I think this page should be maintained by the translator coordinator, since he has the most info on the translators and the closest communication with them. A lot of info is not in the readme files (todo) and only accessible here for now. --Koen roggemans 00:34, 28 February 2006 (WST)

Hi Koen, just moved and protected the page, as requested. --Helen Foster 23:22, 28 February 2006 (WST)

Chris comments

Wondered about setting person link to their profile page rather than email or
the image trick I used.
Nice page! Hope this is useful --Chris collman 06:48, 9 November 2006 (CST)
Hi Chris. Thanks for your input. It reminds me of some work I needed doing on this page. Linking to the profile page is a nice thought, but a lot of former Moodlers who did the initial work on the translation and should be mentioned here, are not on the profile pages anymore. Besides, the link would only work for logged on Moodlers. But I am going to use your other ideas and replace the DOT AT by real email addresses since it appears to be safe now. --Koen roggemans 15:04, 9 November 2006 (CST)
Hi Koen, Good points about profiles. I got here following links from the Moodle community section of moodle.org . Getting across the diversity of our community is important and providing clear direct links to get new users to various areas of Moodle is one of my interests. Thanks for your efforts and follow up. I just deleted most of my suggestions but left the See Also on this page for those who might stumble here.--Chris collman 07:15, 10 November 2006 (CST)
