When a content item is in the sharing cart, the "move into folder" icon looks like a -> arrow (traditional Moodle - it is a right "move" arrow).  I've tested this using the "standard" Moodle theme.  So, in the instructions, it is not click on "edit icon", it should be click on the "move" icon - that is, unless the icon is changed at the code level.
