If a user in the role of "teacher" attempts a restore, the user does NOT have the options (currently) of renaming the course or setting the course start dateAll they can do is to restore over an existing course shell that they have teacher access permissions for. [Moodle v. 1.9.4]

1) renaming the course, <br>

2) resetting the course start date, or <br>
3) restoring to another course shell <br>

All they can do is to restore over an existing course shell<br>
a) Existing course, adding data to it, OR<br>
b) Existing course, deleting it first<br>
that they have teacher role permissions for. <br>
