How do I get the "adding a questionnaire" etc. link box that floats to the right in other pages. James Ballard 20:01, 5 April 2006 (WST)

You need to add special pages called e.g. Template:Databases and then reference them with {{Databases}}. If you visit Template:Databases and Database module then click edit on the two pages you should see how it works. --David Scotson 21:33, 5 April 2006 (WST)

Thanks, think I got it sussed. Let me know if not. James Ballard 18:44, 7 April 2006 (WST)

Thanks James - the Questionnaire pages look great :-) --Helen Foster 16:56, 11 April 2006 (WST)

Questionnaire is survey like

I think it is important to stress that the Questionnaire module is a survey-like type of activity, totally different from the Lesson and Quiz activities. This is all the more important that unfortunately in Spanish there it is called Cuestionario, which is also the name for the Quiz module, which leads to frequent misunderstandings amongst users.--Joseph Rézeau 21:58, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

Excellent points, ones this only English speaker/thinker might miss. Now I understand the need for an example at the very start. --Chris collman 12:50, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
