Yep. But what happens when the links break or the pictures change.  Now somebody has to find and fix it.  More work for the programmer and the teacher :) However, your suggestion leads me to wonder if a (what is it called) type ahead filter function can be added.  I will ask.  Thanks for comment --[[User:chris collman 2|chris collman 2]] 20:56, 12 June 2006 (WST)

Second to that. I can hardly wait to try that!--Chris collman 2 22:27, 13 May 2006 (WST)

Just a comment that I hope Helen will offer a big picture opinion about. This page is about editing question types. Think a redirect will help newbie's.

Got here after a question from the General Forum on how to add a picture in an answer, realized I knew how to do it but had never seen instructions in Moodle doc. My sandboxes in 1.5 and 1.6 are acting really quirky concerning the html editor in answers and responces. I don't think a teacher can see the html editor help for answers and responces until the teacher saves the question the first time and goes back in for an edit. Oh well.

Note to file: needs graphics where it says Figure 5.5 etc. I will add screenshots to our files on that unless somebody else beats me to it.

I have not been in quiz for a while, I will go play with a quiz question in my sandbox but somebody should check my edits to make sure I am not pushing the Lesson Module way to create and edit questions. --Chris collman 2 22:27, 13 May 2006 (WST)

In the feedback area there should be an option to auto fill the feedback. It's mechanical, clincical and cold, yes. But, the students don't need to know that the feedback is being randomly selected, do they? 10% of something is better than %100 of nothing.--Dennis Daniels 14:13, 6 June 2006 (WST)

humm, you are saying that there should be randomized feedback option? For example: "Nice Job", "Good Work", "Run up the Flag" for the positive. It is possible to change the Moodle standard responses for answers or defaults like "continue" but that would affect every lesson. --Chris collman 2 20:05, 12 June 2006 (WST)

It would be fantastic if this allowed teachers to pull images straight from the web rather than having to load them into moodle first... a large image library quickly becomes unmanageable in a drop down text selector. --Dennis Daniels 12:18, 8 June 2006 (WST)

If questions had challenge buttons then teachers would be able to see that a question had a problem like a broken link.
