Use of this list for Moodle Training

In reading through this list, a secondary use becomes apparent to me (beyond finding bugs): The person doing the testing becomes familiar with the various features and functionality of Moodle. This can be useful for those offering end-user support for an organization, or the "Power User" that wants to do new things with Moodle.

As such, it might be a good idea for the testing task list to eventually be categorized by roles (like admin, teacher, student, guest, and perhaps others). Then, in the process of taking Moodle through its paces, one gets train/retrained on the full feature set of Moodle for better us in practice. Gary Anderson 09:20, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

Gary, thanks for your comments. It would be great if the list had a secondary use. When the test cases are set up, for example as issues in a Jira project, they will need categorizing. Your idea of categorizing by roles sounds good to me. --Helen Foster 11:48, 21 October 2009 (UTC)
