How do I enable RSS feeds for the site?

RSS feeds may be enabled in Administration > Server > RSS in Moodle 1.9 or Site Administration > Advanced features in Moodle 2.0 onwards.

What's the deal with RSS feeds for Moodle blogs?

It appears that there is only one RSS feed for blogs on a Moodle site, and it contains all of the posts published to "Anyone in the world", and only those posts.

What is new with RSS feeds in Moodle 2.0?
