Help files
The Moodle help files will remain in each language pack and so it is not necessary to include their text in MoodleDocs.

Possible redirects i.e. remove from lang packs

Questions
- If release is retained in the lang packs does it need duplicating in MoodleDocs?
- Perhaps install could be retained too, with a link to Installing Moodle for further information?
- Should licence be retained in the lang packs or be a protected wiki page?
- Re. other, perhaps this could redirect to the Moodle help files?
- Re. teacher, should this redirect to an updated teacher manual wiki page or to Teacher documentation?
