We'll use IIS as the web server and MySQL as the database server. Note: it might be possible to use MS SQL server, but the author of this text is unaware of this and doesn't see the point of doing that.

Then get the standard installation for Moodle from http://download.moodle.org/ and read the rest at Windows installation
