Location: Administration > Appearance > HTML Settings

Remove HTML tags from all activity names

In Moodle 1.9.3 onwards, HTML tags in activity and resource names may be allowed by unchecking the "Remove HTML tags from all activity names" box.

Emoticons

Defines what images are used to replace emoticons (or smilies) in the text. For more information about the emoticons in Moodle 2.0, see Display emoticons as images page.
