Talk:Major release process

There is nothing about languages here on this page. I think there should be:

• At beta release, the default for language editing on AMOS should move to the new release version
• When creating a new dev version, al current strings should be copied to the new dev version, including non standard plugins (especially local_moodleorg and local_amos).
