Everyone is welcome, though developers with CVS write access will be given preference if the room becomes full (normally not necessary).

I just published some thoughts about the future of the question engine in Moodle. I don't think we need to take time in the meeting to discuss it, but I thought people interested in the meeting might be interested in that document, so I am taking the liberty of mentioning it here. Obviously, if there is time, and if anyone wants to talk about it, I am happy to. - Tim Hunt
