	For all of its oddities, this course menu has the distinction of being the first attempt to make a structured course menu for Moodle. It's page on the Humboldt State University seems to be dead, however the code is still available in [~~http://cvs.moodle.org/contrib/plugins/blocks/course_menu/ cvs].
