Starting MoodleDocs in another language

  • Identify at least one person willing to take on the responsibility of site administrator (sysop).
  • Download MediaWiki and install in the required language xx, including configuration of URLs as docs.moodle.org/xx/..

Core documentation

  • Create core category pages, named in language xx, using text from the docs files from the language pack.

  • Create a set of link pages, named in English, from a single page listing all the links.
  • Move/redirect (using #REDIRECT [[Page name]]) all link pages to provide translated page names.
