nesting of sub-items

Everyone- I was wondering if maybe this page should not start to have some nesting. For example, under resource, we have a number of items. Some are more "sub-items" where you might want to note more details. For example:

  • File Management
    • Folders: Create, Rename, Move, Zip, Unzip and delete
    • Files:Create, Rename, Move, Zip, Unzip, upload, download, copy, and delete

This runs the risk of the page getting much longer, but at some point it might be useful to have a comprehensive list. I bring this up because I just read a comparison between moodle, webCT and BB, and when things are side by side (like the forum/discussion board) it's impossible to compare, because each is written by someone else with differing terms. If there exists a laundry list of all possible settings/options, then it will always appear favorable with any comparisons, and each item could eventually link to clarification on that item.

Hi D.I. von Briesen, thanks for your offer to improve the Features page - please go ahead! It would be helpful if the page could be updated to include Moodle 1.5 features too. --Helen Foster 04:51, 30 January 2006 (WST)
