Helen and I had a discussion about what to do with this page and the consensus was that this page should be developed into something analogous to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:FAQ while the page <nowiki>[[Category:FAQ]]</nowiki> should simply be the automatically created listing of all FAQ pages as at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_FAQ.
