Remove HTML tags from all activity names

In Moodle 1.9.3 onwards, HTML tags in activity and resource names may be allowed by unchecking the "Remove HTML tags from all activity names" box.
Emoticons
Moodle 2.0
Defines what images are used to replace emoticons (or smilies) in the text. The list of emoticon images defined here is used by Display emoticons as images filter and TinyMCE HTML editor's Insert emoticon popup menu. See Emoticon images 2.0 for more details.
