Realistic examples

Realistic examples fro each type of questions need to be added. I will try to add them, for a better understanding of the XML Format

Added <name> tag

I added the <name>...</name> tag to the "Tags common to all question types" since it's required for import. Derry Lyons 16:39, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
