His workplace learning company provides software-related services to a diverse range of organisations to help improve staff performance and business outcomes through better learning, training and development programs.

Chad has worked in education for more than 20 years. In fact, his love affair with learning, started as a kid, in kindergarten. Chad loved school. He loved school so much, he eventually went back, as a teacher.
