Is it possible to hide forums posts from users that are not enrolled in that particular course that the post took place in?

For example, if Student A posts to a forum in Course 1 and Course 2 (for which they are enrolled in), and Student B is enrolled in Course 1, shouldn't it be impossible for Student B to see Student A's posts in Course 2?
