Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded...
This section is still valid for 4.3, as confirmed by Eloy. The code updating the language pack as part of upgrade uses the normal PHP max execution time (not any extended one). There will be people with a short max execution time that may need to update it. --Helen Foster (talk) 08:38, 16 October 2023 (UTC)
