Roles and permissions
  • This allows a user to view course participants whose enrolment status is set to suspended in the course. It only affects whether suspended users are shown on the Participants page. Suspended users are shown in many other areas in the course (MDL-35731).
  • This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager and teacher
