I don't know what's the condition to appear on the main dev page, but as I'm using IntelliJ/PHPStorm I noticed it's article was missing there [[Setting_up_PhpStorm]]

looking for someone who has previous experience with the multitude of setting and features within the Moodle base and plug-ins
And more importantly the link to VSCode is missing https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Setting_up_VSCode
Required Skills:-
-          2 years Working knowledge of learning management systems
-          2 years Moodle system administration, installation and configuration
-          2 years Course administration and setup
-          2 years User administration and setup
-          2 years System customization
-          PHP development background (will be required to install the state of Iowa authentication and authorization frontend system)
