Allows accessing to grading screens. Adding Capabilities/mod/techproject:managecriteria capability allows accessing screens for defining the assessement criteria set.
Legacy roles settings
Grading capabilities are only given to Teachers. Editing Teachers can moreover define criteria for grading the project. Regular Admins can do it all, as usual.
