If you are using the [Moodle2Word|http://www.moodle2word.net/] (WordTable) plugin you need to ensure the following:
If you have inserted images they may need to be compressed. Double click the image and in the Adjust section (top, left) choose Compress Pictures, then All pictures in document and Web/Screen. Then Apply.
Make sure you: - have a title (formatted using Word's 'Title' heading type) - have a category (formatted using Word's 'Heading 1' heading type) - have the question name above each table, followed by the type in brackets (formatted using Word's 'Heading 2' heading type)
