Progress block

Students can track their progress in all courses from their front page by installing this contributed code block.
Features
- Points can be assigned to pass, merit and distinction grades on a course-by-course basis
- The block displays useful information for teachers if added to a course. *
- Footer contains a link to show student progress in all courses filterable by group.
