Should there be more general comments on configuring web server maintenance pages? For example mod_rewrite on Apache is very useful when things 'really' break, and you have to perform tasks that would be sensitive to the appearance of an unwitting user at the wrong moment (like during a reinstall!) Just a thought.

Should there be more general comments on configuring web server maintenance pages?
