Talk:Adding Questionnaire questions

I am having a lot of trouble creating more than one question for my survey. I also don't understand the relationship between a "field" and a "question." This is not explained in these pages. I tried to create more questions by entering a different field name and adding different text to the text body but I still ended up with only one question.
