Sticky blocks force one or more blocks to always appear on a site-wide basis. There is an option to determine blocks that will appear on all course homepages or all My Moodle student homepages.

  • Sticky blocks may be configured via Administration > Appearance > Sticky blocks.
  • If the administrator adds a block which is already present in a particular course or one inserted by a student on their My Moodle page then a duplicate block will appear. The sticky block will be non-editable whilst the duplicate will be editable by the student.
